Swiss Days

Jayden, me and my mom went to Swiss Days in Midway.  We had lots of fun walking around looking at the booths and we ate huge scones.  Jayden got some wood vehicles--helicopter, train, and tank.  He got a wood shield, sword, and dagger.

It was scout pack meeting tonight.  They had a family picnic and launched 2 liter bottle rockets.  Everyone had lots of fun!

Jayden played his first game of the fall season.  His team lost 0-5. 

Eric riding in the Summit Challenge bike ride.  He did awesome!

Jayden's first day of 5th grade.  I can't believe how much and how fast he is growing up.  It boggles my mind!  I'm proud of the boy he is.  I love him!!! 

Jayden was playing at a friends house and threw his shoe in a tree.  It got stuck on a branch and took quite the effort to get it out of the tree.  Ended up with a broken branch.  Crazy!!!

Back to school night at Jayden's school.  We found out and met his teacher and saw where his classroom is.  Eric is on the PTA so he had to stay and get people signed up for the watch DOGS program. 

Eric brought Jayden some stuff from Tour of Utah.  He brought a hat, a bell, and a bag.  Jayden wearing a jersey that Eric got too.  Sweet!!

After the game, we ate lunch at Red Robin.  Jayden's primary class had a pool party.  There was Jayden, one other boy, and his primary teacher.  Jayden had lots of fun swimming and floating on his tube.  He could have stayed for a long time. 

Jayden wasn't able to play in the 3rd game of the Adidas cup because he was sick.  His team tied 3-3.  Today they were able to play in the semi-finals.  They lost 2-3.  They took 3rd place!  Way to go United!!

Today was the second day of the Adidas cup soccer tournament.  Jayden's team played really well.  They won 4-3.

Jayden played in the Adidas Cup in West Jordan.  Today was their first game.  They played really good.  They won 1-0.

The dogs were outside running through sprinklers.  Jayden wanted to go out and run with them.  They all had lots of fun running through the sprinklers together.  It was lots of fun to watch!!!

We laid our sod today.  It is wonderful to have grass!  Eric was adjusting the sprinklers and the dogs enjoyed running through them.  Those dogs love to run through the water!

Jayden and I went with my mom and Sampson to Lagoon.  It rained most of the time we were there.  We still had fun.  The boys rode lots of rides, and then we decided to go home.

After the fair, Jayden and Sampson swam in the pool at my parents house.  They had lots of fun!

We went to the Weber County fair.  The library does a booth with games.  Jayden bought tickets and played a ball toss and won a hat because he knocked all the bottles off, he did a pirate face painting.  He did a fish pond too.  We walked around and looked at the animals and the booths.  It was fun!

Jayden, me, my mom, took Sasha and Sampson and met Scott, Pam, Kera, Mike, Ava, Mya, Kade, Brayton, and Randy (came later) at Lagoon.  They kids had lots of fun going on rides together.  It was good to be with family.  It was an enjoyable time!

Jayden, me, my mom, Sampson, and Sasha went to the Treehouse museum.  They did a participlay.  They had lots of fun!

We discovered that one of the stray cats that like to roam in my parents yard, had kittens.  They are really cute!

Jayden's soccer team rode in the Roy Days parade.  He enjoyed doing that.  Afterward, the kids played in the pools at my parents house. 

Jayden had soccer day camp most of the day and then his team and their families got to go to the classic water slide for a couple hours.  It was a fun day!

Jayden and I went with my mom and London, Teagan, and Abbie to the Treehouse museum.  We had lots of fun there.  Jayden's favorite place is the 5 and 10 store. 

Eric rented a tractor to help smooth, level and grade the yard.  He got most of the front yard done and put some dirt in the backyard.
