Oregon!

Eric's grandma died, so we went out to Oregon for the funeral.  We went a couple days early to visit with family.  We got to sleep in the trailer, which was nice to have our own space, however it was very cold.  Jayden had fun playing with the cousins.  He liked building with the blocks, and Legos.  It was really cold there, so there wasn't much playing outside.  Eric and the kids did play a little game of soccer.  Needless to say, they were covered in mud!  Jayden did accidently touch the fireplace and burned his hand.  Poor boy!  Eric started juggling for the kids.  Andy joined in and they were juggling together.  The funeral was nice.  I am glad that were attended.  The weather was not nice on the way home.  They had freezing rain in Oregon, so the roads were ice and then it snowed on top of it.  Yucky!!  There was fog and rain on the drive home.  We also got caught in a herd of cows.  It was cool!  We ate at IHOP on the way home.  Jayden looks forward to eating there every time we go to Oregon!  All in all, it was a good trip for the circumstances. 

Christmas tree!

Jayden wanted to decorate the Christmas tree, so we let him put the ornaments on.  We helped with the ones he wanted up high, but he did the rest.  He really enjoyed it.  He did a good job putting them all around the tree.  I love him so much!

Christmas tree jubilee!

We went to the Christmas tree jubilee with my mom, and Kristine and her kids.  It was nice!  People are very creative in decorating Christmas trees.  Santa came, so the kids got to sit on his lap.  Jayden did some crafts, but he didn't want to do all they had.  It was fun!

The stockings were hung.....

We were putting up our Christmas decorations.  Jayden loves to help.  He hung up the stockings.

Doctor!

We were at my parents house, and London and Jayden were playing doctor.  How cute!

Jayden and Rocket!

Jayden and I were up watching the hermit crabs (they came to our house for the Thanksgiving vacation).  Rocket will come sleep on Jayden's bed when I am in there, and so Jayden was petting him and got a picture with him.  So cute!

Turkey hat!

We went to the store to get some things, and Jayden saw this turkey hat.  He put it on!  It was so funny!

Drake!

Drake likes to lay on things.  If there is a blanket, coat, pillow, bag, etc.  He will lay on top of it.  I had put a backpack on the floor and he tried really hard to get comfy with it.  He is too cute!

Ginger!

Here is a picture of my sweet girl, Gingersnap!  She was coming up to hang out with me on the couch.  She is my sweet girl.  I love her so much!!!

Oh Rocket!

In the winter, Rocket loves to sleep by the heater vent in the bathroom.  He stays nice and warm there.  He is so cute!

Sleepover!

We decided to try a sleepover at our house with London and Teagan.  Kristine and Derek brought them over around 5pm on Friday.  They had lots of fun being crazy!  They were jumping onto the luv-sac downstairs, doing art, running around, wrestling, etc.  We put the air mattress in Jayden's bedroom and it barely fit.  They all slept on it together.  It took forever for them to go to sleep.  They were silly and giggling for a long time (just like anyone would do at a sleepover).  They finally fell asleep.  The next day after they all woke up, I made scones.  They liked them.  They had a bath and played with the ocean animals in the tub.  They got to play some XBOX, do watercolors, coloring, and running around again.  They had lots of fun!  Kristine and Derek came to pick them up around 3pm on Saturday.  They had so much fun!!!!

Cool!

I went to pick Jayden up from school because I was adjusting at work because I had parent teacher conferences this week and I worked late every day.  I picked up Jayden and he was wearing these sunglasses.  He said that he got to pick them at school.  He is such a cool boy!!

Cute dogs!

I was sitting on the couch with Jayden and Sky and Diezel.  Diezel was shaking and cold, so I wrapped him up in a blanket.  He looked so cute!  When it was time to go to bed, Sky got all comfy under a blanket!  Silly but cute dogs!

Watching a movie downstairs!

Jayden wanted to watch a DVD, so we set up the luv-sac and got him comfortable downstairs.  He loved it!

Big helper!

Jayden wanted his little shovel to play with in the snow.  I went to check on him and he was shoveling the deck and the steps.  What a big helper!

Snow.....on the trampoline!

Jayden was excited that it was snowing and wanted to go outside and play.  He noticed the snow on the trampoline, and said "mom look at the trampoline!"  I told him to go jump on it.  He did!

Before church, I wanted to take a picture of Jayden because he looked really handsome!  Of course, I can't get a cute smile anymore, just funny faces.  After church, Jayden decided he wanted to go put gel in his hair and do it by himself.  I took a picture of his nice hair style!

I told Jayden to get ready because we were going to institute.  He came out with goggles on his head.  He is so funny!

Shopping!

Old Navy was having a good sale on a frost free coat.  It was a good deal, and we all need new coats, so Jayden and I went.  They were having some other sales too.  We saw some animal feet slippers that Jayden just loved!  I needed him to try on some pants and shirts, and didn't know that he snuck the slipper feet into the dressing room with him.  When he opened the door, there were the slipper feet.  It was so funny!  I let him get a pair, and he couldn't wait to put them on when we got home from the store.  He ran in the house, put on his pajamas, and got those slippers on so fast! 

Order please!

My parents have to get a new sewer pipe.  I went and got Jayden after school, then we had to go get his stuff at my parents home.  The guys were working on their pipe.  Jayden sat at the little table my parents have outside in the front, and watched.  He took his monkey fever (smoothie) and told my mom "bring me a zucchini bread on a plate please."  He looked like he was at a little café.  It was really cute!

Pipe!

We have a leaking problem with a pipe under our kitchen sink.  It was made a wet mess under the sink.  Can't wait until it gets fixed!

IHOP!

Jayden and I went to IHOP.  A couple weeks ago, there was a trunk or treat at Winegars.  The line was REALLY long, so I told Jayden I would buy him a donut if we could not wait in line.  He said ok, but that I needed to take him to IHOP too, so here we are!  It was fun and yummy!!
